Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days of purchase. If a product is defective, you may exchange it for the same product within 30 days of purchase. Recorded media MAY NOT be returned if it is opened. You may return any unopened product for a full refund, within 30 days of purchase.  Sorry, at this time we do NOT offer a refund for downloaded content.
